Chairman of the Board of Directors
As founding member of Norinvest Holding SA (NIH) and President of the NIH group since its creation, Massimo Esposito first developed the industrial and construction activities of the group, and then expanded and re-oriented its business into the financial services sector.
The financial services history of the NIH group began in 1989 with Norfinance SA (asset manager). Through the takeover of IBI International Bankers Inc. in the 1993 began the next step with LBVM (securities dealer). With the takeover of the Geneva based asset manager Messiers Cramer & Cie he laid the foundation for the establishment of Banque Cramer & Cie SA in 2003.
Under the lead of Massimo Esposito, NIH took over Golay Buchel Holding SA (GBH) in 2007, a SIX listed company active in luxury jewelry.
In 2008, he launched a public exchange offer for GBH shares, thus strengthening the financial basis of NIH. Norinvest Holding SA was listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange until 27 April 2017.
Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors
Gustav Stenbolt earned his degree from the University of Fribourg and is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Valartis Group SA, the company created from the 2005 merger between MCT in Geneva and OZ Holding, where he was founder and CEO from 1996 to 2004, as well as from 2008 to 2015. Mr. Stenbolt also held the position of Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of Jelmoli Holding from 2004 to 2007.
From 1983 to 1996, he served as CIO of Unifund for Asia, Latin America and Eastern Europe/CIS. He joined the Board of Directors of Banque Cramer & Cie SA in April 2022.

Alain Sierro holds a Masters in Economics from HEC Lausanne and a Diploma in “Finance and Investment” (CFPI).
In 1999, he founded DynaCapital SA - a company specializing in the management of "hedge funds" - in Switzerland and the United States.
In his previous role at UBS, he was responsible for Switzerland for trading in Canadian securities and also managed a “nostro” account for US stocks and options.
He joined the Norinvest group in 2004 and notably held the position of CEO of Banque Cramer & CIE SA from 2005 to October 2008 and was a member of its Board of Directors from 2008 to 2011.
Still in the Norinvest group, he was at the head first as CEO and later as managing director of Golay Buchel Holding SA (GBH). He played an important role in the strategic conversion of this listed holding company specializing in international fine jewelry to the financial sector, punctuated by a merger with Banque Cramer & Cie SA.
He has also served on the Board of Directors of several NIH Group companies including NIH.
In February 2011, Alain Sierro founded SFO Partners SA, a Geneva-based multifamily office, mainly active in asset management and corporate finance operations.

Yves Rossier obtained a law degree from the University of Fribourg. He then studied European law at the College of Europe in Bruges, then obtained a master's degree in law from McGill University in Montreal.
He began his professional career with a position as legal adviser in the Integration Office of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs in 1990.
After passing the diplomatic competition and making an internship in the political division II (Africa/Middle East), Yves Rossier became scientific advisor to several Federal Councilors.
In 2000, he sets up and directs the secretariat of the Federal Gaming Commission and in 2004 joins the Federal Social Insurance Office as director.
In 2012, the Federal Council appointed Yves Rossier State Secretary of the Political Department of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA) and in 2017 Swiss ambassador to Russia. His mandate in Moscow terminated end of 2020.
In February 2021, he left the FDFA for new projects and joined Bank Cramer as Board member during 2021.

Patrick Fritz is a graduate of the University of Lausanne (HEC) and a certified public accountant. He has been active for more than 37 years in the auditing of financial institutions. He was a partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers SA from 1997 to 2021.
As an auditor licensed by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority, he was responsible for the audit of banks and securities firms.
He joins Bank Cramer as Board member in May 2022.

Claude Suchet is Swiss-certified banking expert and Swiss-certified chartered accountant. He had been active for 15 years with various banks. Subsequently, he worked from 1991 to 2019 at the Federal Banking Commission and then at FINMA, its successor.
While working for these governmental bodies, Mr. Suchet was mainly in charge of the organization and implementation of the prudential audit carried out by recognized audit companies. He has been active in various working groups responsible for developing Swiss accounting rules for banks as well as implementing the recommendations of the Basel Committee on banking supervision.
Since 2019, Mr. Suchet has held several mandates in the banking sector as independent board member.
In this capacity, he joined the board of directors of Bank Cramer in April 2024.
Chief Executive Officer
Thomas Müller studied political science at the University of Geneva between 1983 and 1984 before obtaining a bachelor's degree in economics (lic oec HSG), specializing in banking operations, from the University of St. Gallen in 1990. He has always been interested in innovations and pursued additional training in the United States in Corporate Finance, at the international school of bankers in general management, at the Swiss National Bank in option strategy as well as training on blockchain and crypto assets.
He began his professional career with Crédit Suisse for around ten years where he held several management positions in Corporate Banking before joining Banque Cantonale Vaudoise as Head of German-speaking Switzerland to develop this market.
In 2005, Thomas Müller joined Migros Bank as a member of the Executive Management, where he established and developed the Private Banking, Asset Management and Capital Markets segments.
From 2010 to 2022, he served as CEO of Banque CIC (Switzerland) and contributed to the restructuring and repositioning of the bank, which made it possible to stabilize the bank and achieve uninterrupted growth in terms of volume and profitability during this period.
In March 2024, Thomas Müller joined Banque Cramer& Cie SA as CEO.
Head Private Banking
André Mankowsky graduated from the University of Fribourg and passed his bar exams in Geneva, in 1995. He has a solid experience in the financial field and more than 25 years in the banking sector, mainly in wealth management with a focus on Russia, Eastern European countries and Emerging Markets. He has held various managerial positions within Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and Société Générale, in Switzerland, London and Moscow.
In January 2021, he joined Banque Cramer as head of Private Banking, member of the Executive Committee, with the mandate of increasing the footprint of the bank within its core markets.

"Stéphane Poulin began his career in 1992 with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the audit and consulting department in Canada and then in Switzerland. He joined the SYZ Group in 2003 as Group Financial Controller and was appointed Group Chief Financial Officer in 2013.
He joined Banque Cramer & Cie in 2019 as Chief Finance Officer. He is a member of the Executive Committee of Banque Cramer & Cie, where he brings his vast experience in finance, risk management and banking regulations."
